Bets Again

I am sitting next to my hubby. Today is a Saturday and the start of the weekend. No guesses as to what he is doing. Yup, checking out the latest online casinos to look for an online casino that he can place his football bets and play a game of blackjack all at the same time. He has his notebook open and found his casino online. I guess I am not going to get a my back rub tonight (again!).

Lil’ Something for the Woman In Me

Filed Under Luv it, Hate it, Women

When the hubs was on leave a couple of weeks back, we managed to redeem some goodies from MAS with his Enrich frequent flyer points. You must be wondering why didn’t we just redeem some free tickets? Unfortunately, the points he accumulated wasn’t enough for the destination of our choice. Seeing as how MAS charges quite a hefty sum to have the points rolled-over, we decided to exchange them for gift vouchers instead to do some in-flight shopping. I narrowed down the items I fancied and gave the vouchers to hubs’ colleague who was flying at that time. When he came back, he mentioned that only one item was available and for the rest, we would have to get the goods from the administration centre at Subang terminal. OK, so to Subang Airport we went.

It was a Friday afternoon. So naturally you’d expect a lot of inactivity which was exactly what happened as we walked in. 99% of the cubicles were empty. You would immediately think that it was a holiday of some sort. Thank God one kind soul saved us. She was quite helpful and we managed to get everything we wanted pretty quick. Needless to say, the happy one was none other than me. I’ll show you one of the items I got which I really like.

Misaki Necklace, Juliette collection

My jewellery collection are, you would never believe this, far and few. In fact, the largest number came from my wedding, which were mostly gold jewellery. I come from a very traditional Chinese family so it had to be gold, not silver and certainly not white gold. This, however, I consider as my very own designer jewellery collection. Why? Well, I have none the same. That is a reason enough, isn’t it?
