I, am again, with my old routine of the kids and the house. Well, not so much the house because I’m just too lazy and tired on most days. But, I try.

Oh, and also, I’ve got 2 book reviews which I must finish up by this week. Then, later this week, I’ve got a meet up with someone whom I’ve assisted with some work for the past couple of weeks with. So, that should be interesting. Once I have completed all of that, I have to get cracking on Ash’s photobook on my brand new spanking Macbook! Yep, hubby got me that white apple for valentine’s. I know…so geeky but I lurve it!! hehehe..

I have no idea how to operate the mac. Then again, I don’t foresee that as a problem because about a year ago, I didn’t even know how to use my compact digital camera! So, trust me, anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Just like Mopar performance parts – once you start, you can’t stop..

these past couple of weeks, I have been grateful for many things: the family that I have, the life that I lead, the people that I know. Just many things that perhaps I didn’t have to look far or things that happen without you having to ask for.

i won’t say things are going exceptionally well at the moment. it’s improving which is a good thing. besides, I am definitely losing weight. a good thing if you ask me cos no more fighting the urge to resist diet pills hahahaha…i’m only kidding.

I miss home. I love this place but I miss home. I miss my bed. I miss my kids. I miss having that familiarity. I miss well…generally everything from home.

However, I think I could return. Possibly also bring the kids. Possibly right now, I’d bring home some memories embedded in print. I’d also bring some tangible and non-tangible souvinirs like a fridge magnet, pressure washers perhaps…LOL…Seriously, I fear I may be going nuts.

Anyway, I will post up some photos when I get home. There will be alot I guarantee ya…

Speaking about news, I am not exactly surprised, more of disappointment at a piece of news I read this morning – Nadal has withdrawn from Wimbledon. I am happy and sad at the same time. Happy because my favourite tennis player will have one less obstacle to face in this tournament. Sad because well, it’s not fun not watching Nadal play. Though I will not want to admit it but it’s at times fun to watch Nadal. Although, it’s not that much of a fun when he’s trashing Federer.

The reason for Nadal’s withdrawal is due to his knee injury; something he’s been having for quite a while already and something that even nutritional health supplements can’t help. If that is true, then, I’d have to give it to the guy for enduring much pain while he played. It’s not easy I can tell you that: having to manage the pain and I know all about managing pain. I had to do that at least twice in my lifetime!

Anyway, he’ll bounce back for sure. Besides, time is on his side; he’s only 24. Wow, I remember those days when I was 24. Ok, I’m digressing here. In the meantime, Federer better grab this chance of a lifetime even though, I know, deep down he’d want to beat Nadal at his own game. But, the heavens have never been so kind.

Alright, I fear, this is turning into a tennis post and it’s not my intention really. Just wanted to get it out of my system.
