I wanted to take a photo of it but she wouldn’t let me do it. In fact, the car is so precious, she wouldn’t let anyone touch it! LOL..Well, it’s new and I think that will happen to anyone with something new – protect it at all costs. hehehe…

I mean, I remember when I had my new car. I was also pretty protective over it even though, it wasn’t an expensive one but it was bought with all my hard earned money. Our parents couldn’t possibly afford to get one for us. Where we are, even a decent used car can cost a bomb. Furthermore, owning a car isn’t just about the car itself; there is this thing called monthly maintenance, the road tax and not to mention – insurance. Just plenty of ongoing expenses with just one car. I did tell her about getting an auto insurance online quote; the easier and faster solution.

Nevertheless, I think owning a car will benefit her in the sense that it forces you to manage your finances. Indirectly, it teaches you wise up with your spending because now, you have a long term monthly commitment in the form of the car loan. So, I think in the long run, it’s beneficial in many aspects and if you can handle a car, possibly, you can also handle anything.
