When we were strolling along the mall on MOnday, we noticed how fast the CNY decor has been removed and in it’s place were lovely hearts and silver pendants. All set for the “celebration of love” I presume. Even the jewelery merchants came and set up their store all over the lobby, shouting promotion and stuff. All eager to cash in on this seasonal profit. Not to mention the flower shops – they’ll be equally busy, if not more.

I doubt I will be doing much of a celebration myself. It’s so commercialised these days. Unless of course, if Gnat decides to give me a surprised Valentine’s Day gift — you know, something along the lines of “a new prime lens” *tsk tsk…no need for Polar watches… a sweet 60mm will do just fine..LOL
