Yesterday, I received a surprise call from an old friend of mine. Someone whom I used to work with a long long time ago; which is why the call was really a great surprise. Unfortunately for me, I had to postpone the chit-chat till today because I was rushing to get Ash to my inlaws so I could attend my weekly writing class. I felt terrible for doing that but hey, I’ve got a valid reason.  I mean, it wasn’t as if I was going through stacks of sneakers for some sports gifts.

Hrm…lets see. I had a great time in class yesterday. It’s definitely getting more fun as the weeks go by. I think 8 weeks is a little too short but for the effort, I think it suits my schedule just fine. Our task yesterday asks us to conduct image exploration and boy, did most of us have such incredible imagination! LOL…Some pieces were really great. I must admit, I do get intimidated most of the time whenever I attend the class; some of them are really awesome writers! It bodes well for me cos I get to learn from them. I do look forward to next week which I anticipate will be a blast
