I don’t think I’m the only one but Ash and Gnat is as well!

No images today cos I am utterly exhausted. Firstly, I was up before 6am this morning to go to the airport to pick my in-laws up. That’s not the worst part – it’s the part where the flight was 2 hours delayed! Yup, 2 very long hours when you are waiting in the dark (or semi-darkness) with a toddler and being half-awake.

My in-laws had it worst in fact. They only boarded the plane at 2 in the morning! As you would’ve guessed, they hardly got any sleep.

And, God bless their good heart, they carried all our goodies all the way home, safe and sound. Obviously, Ash received the most gifts. All her belated birthday presents. On top of that, I got mine as well – a brand new Nikkor lens! Gosh, I am so in-love with it. More on that later…

We’ll continue putting up at the in-laws for another week so that Ash gets to spend more time with her grandparents whom she has not seen for over a month! Then after that, we would head back to our humble abode. Even though it isn’t anything you might find at Outer Banks but it’s home and nothing beats home. Nothing…
