Yesterday was the penultimate session of my writing class. 8 weeks just isn’t enough when you are having fun. It is true; we had fun and a little intimidating at times. Well, for me at least because most of the attendees were/are ‘expert’ writers and I am only just beginning. The upside is that I get to learn from them and pick their brains ever so often. But all that will change after next week; I am virtually all alone in my little world trying to make sense of my sentences.

One of my classmates wrote a wonderful relatable piece last night. It was simply stunning and it got us all hooked as to what happens next. Like “what is the next chapter going to be like?” And he shared with us that one day, he decided to write some place other than his spot; which is his home and amazingly, the plot just came to mind there and then while he was having coffee at a cafe.

If it were me, I’d be writing about ac compressor! hehehhe…
