yep, this work week is short. But..so is next week. And apparently, the week after too. It’s great especially now that MIL needs help getting around. Hubby will have time to get her what she needs.
Apart from that, FIL is recovering. Still bleeds when he goes to the bathroom but according to the doctors, it’ll take a couple of weeks for him to be completely healed. But, he gets anxious each time he sees blood and you know, funny thought creep in I guess. I’m not sure what can be done at his age. I mean, the logical thing is to drink loads and loads of water and eat more. He claims he is doing all that but evidently, not much has changed. However, him, being the age that he is, I wonder if traditional stripped down methods will help as much?
I do hope he recovers. It will be less painful for him and for us all. It’s never easy being elderly and being sick. It’s tiresome and you don’t heal as fast. SOmetimes, you don’t even heal at all. Lets not even talk about the medical expenses; it’s crazy how much hospital bills can come up to. Nothing is cheap these days, not even your health. This is precisely the reason why it’s extremely important to get adequate insurance coverage for you and your family. I’m not joking either. After what happened to my FIL, we are now seeking new insurance coverage for us. As a matter of fact, hubby is meeting up with our insurance agent to get a revised insurance quote. Yup, hubby needs to get his looked at!
