Sadly, this Christmas we’ll be spending without Gnat’s family. Not exactly what we had in mind as we or rather, I was excitedly looking forward to a different Christmas feeling this year : one that will be filled with immense joy and happiness just simply being around family, Gnat’s family to be exact.

And this will also be the first time, Ash will get to meet the rest of the family for the first time. Something I was looking forward to tremendously.

However, recent events (though happy and wonderful) have rendered the above near impossible; for this year.

Instead of physically being there, being amongst those lovely people, we would probably be on skype instead. Oh yea, don’t you just love technology! I do. The part I love about these electronic telephone conferencing is that not only do you get to speak with the other for a much cheaper rate but you also get an added benefit of seeing them on screen!  That is many thumbs up where I am concerned. And besides, we are saving up for new security systems. That will be a huge Christmas present for us, the adults *smile*
