Whilst having lunch with a friend yesterday, one topic which never fails to surface is “where are you going for your year-end vacation“. This question will almost always be brought up in whatever circumstances and it did yesterday.

I did express my desire to have one this year but the prospective outlook doesn’t look very promising. Something I would have to defer till next year. My friend however have made plans for a hot and steamy Thai retreat…LOL…And you know what? I’ve never even been accross the border! Yeah, it’s so true. I’ve been all the way to las vegas but never Koh Samui; a place I’ve been literally dying to visit but just never had the chance. I think the last tsunami devastation sort of put me off the idea. I’m not entirely sure if I have gotten my courage back but I can say that the fear has definitely sub-sided a little..:-)

We’ll just have to see what happens next year.  As usual, will keep you posted. In the meantime, you have a great weekend!
